Refund and Cancellation policy

We at Shop Salon Products, we’re committed to provide you the best-quality salon products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase. We are here to help you.

We offer Return/Replacement only in following cases: 

  1. If the product is damaged.
  2. If the product is expired. 
  3. If the product Quantity or shipment is wrong. 


Please note: Before raising return/replacement request,please ensure you record an unboxing video that clearly shows all corners of the product packaging, with the product fully visible. Otherwise, We do not offer Return/Replacement if the product is opened or used.

Please allow us 48 hours to review you request, If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours and will initiate a reverse pickup. 

Cancellation on order are applicable only when:

  1. You can cancel your order for any reason when the order has not yet been processed shipment. 

       2. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can                return the product following our Return and Refund Policy.
