We offer Return/Replacement only in following cases:Â
- If the product is damaged.
- If the product is expired.Â
- If the product Quantity or shipment is wrong.Â
Please note: Before raising return/replacement request,please ensure you record an unboxing video that clearly shows all corners of the product packaging, with the product fully visible. Otherwise, We do not offer Return/Replacement if the product is opened or used.

Cancellation on order are applicable only when:
